Terms of Service

1. Service Overview
Authentic Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to strategy development, content creation, social media management, advertising campaign management, and marketing analytics. Our services are designed to help businesses improve their online presence and achieve their marketing goals.
2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your service agreement
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor
For ongoing services, invoices are generated monthly and due within 15 days
For project-based work, payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal

3. Refund Policy

For ongoing services: Clients may cancel their service agreement with 30 days written notice
Any unused portion of prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services, a full refund will be issued for the undelivered portion

4. Service Delivery Policy

Timeline for deliverables will be specified in each client's service agreement
Regular progress updates will be provided via email or scheduled meetings
Rush services may be available for an additional fee, subject to capacity
All final deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats
Revisions are included as specified in the service agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

Ongoing services require 30 days written notice for cancellation
Project-based work cancellations:

Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
After work begins: Client is responsible for work completed plus 20% of remaining contract value
Within final 25% of project timeline: Full payment required



6. Privacy Policy
Data Collection and Usage
We collect and process the following types of information:

Contact information (name, email, phone number, business address)
Business information necessary for marketing services
Website analytics and performance data
Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

Data Protection

All client information is stored securely with industry-standard encryption
We never sell or share client data with third parties except as required for service delivery
Client data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus three years
Clients may request data deletion subject to legal and regulatory requirements

Payment processing (Stripe)

All disputes will first be addressed through direct communication
If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation in OR
